Ignite Premium is mandrel-bent and welded 409 stainless steel, then polished to a high-luster finish. 409 is the grade purpose-built for exhaust service — it handles constant heat cycling with less tendency to crack than austenitic grades, and outlasts the aluminised steel used in factory and budget systems. Corrosion resistance is the same as our standard 409 range; the polish is the difference.
