Our 409 stainless steel and aluminised steel IGNITE Exhausts are backed by a 10 year warranty and 2 year Australian manufacturer warranty respectively. 

Each product we sell comes with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Should the item you receive be faulty in any way, please contact us and we"ll make sure the correct process is followed so the issue can be addressed as quickly as possible for you.

1. Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.   
2. Remove centre connecting pipe from the vehicle.
3. Remove turbo dump pipe heat shield.
4. Remove catalytic converter from vehicle. Hint: Access lower turbo nut through the RHS wheel arch.
5. Remove turbo nuts/bolts and replace with providing studs M10x1.5, nuts M10x1.5. Some will need two replaced as some may only need one replaced.
6. Insert the supplied EGT plug into the turbo dump pipe.     
7. Fit the turbo dump pipe to the turbo outlet flange using the three supplied M10x1.5 nuts. Tighten all 3 nuts.
8. Fit the connecting pipe to the to the turbo dump pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
9. Fit the second connecting pipe to first connecting pipe with the integrated hanger mount aligning with the rubber hanger located on the side of the chassis, tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
10. Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts. (Fit diff pipe section in the same format if that’s what you purchased and then continue with step 12)
11. Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
12. Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
13. Enjoy your IGNITE exhaust!
