Warranty

Our 409 stainless steel and aluminised steel IGNITE Exhausts are backed by a 10 year warranty and 2 year Australian manufacturer warranty respectively. 

Each product we sell comes with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Should the item you receive be faulty in any way, please contact us and we"ll make sure the correct process is followed so the issue can be addressed as quickly as possible for you.

1. Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.   
2. Remove centre connecting pipe from the vehicle.  
3. Remove flex join pipe from the vehicle.
4. Remove turbo dump pipe heat shield.
5. Remove gear box bracket.
6. Remove turbo dump pipe. We advise to spray the 4 nuts with WD40 before removing.
7. Insert the supplied EGT plug into the turbo dump pipe.
8. Fit the turbo dump pipe section to the turbo outlet flange using the four supplied M8x1.25 nuts. Re fit gear box bracket at the same time and then tighten all 4 nuts.
9. Fit the cat/cat delete section to the turbo dump pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
10. Fit the flex join pipe to the cat/cat delete section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
11. Fit the small LWB connecting pipe to the flex pipe only if needed and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
12. Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
13. Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
14. Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
