This is the full turbo-back, DPF-delete system for the 2026 Toyota Hilux N90 2.8L turbo diesel - built for maximum flow, stronger throttle response and a deeper note. Purpose-built for the new N90 platform.

CNC mandrel-bent 3" and 3.5" pipework with thick laser-cut flanges. Installation kit included.

  1. Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.  
  2. Remove centre connecting and DPF pipe from the vehicle.
  3. Using the factory DPF spring loaded bolts fit the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight.
  4. Fit the connecting pipe to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts. (Fit diff pipe section in the same format if that’s what you purchased and then continue with step 7)
  5. Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  6. Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  7. Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
