For owners of the 2026 Toyota Hilux N90 2.8L turbo diesel - the latest generation of Australia's favourite 4WD. Purpose-built for the N90 platform with the Toyota 1GD-FTV engine, this DPF-back system delivers improved exhaust flow, deeper sound and better drivability while retaining the factory DPF.

Designed for DIY installation using basic tools - direct bolt-on to factory mounting points. No cutting, welding, or ECU tuning required, and full compatibility with the factory engine management system is retained.

  1. Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.  
  2. Remove centre connecting and DPF pipe from the vehicle.
  3. Using the factory DPF spring loaded bolts fit the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight.
  4. Fit the connecting pipe to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts. (Fit diff pipe section in the same format if that’s what you purchased and then continue with step 7)
  5. Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  6. Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  7. Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
