Reinforced Exhaust Flange Plates made in Australia

Laser-cut exhaust flange plates for joining exhaust sections you'll want to separate later. Choose universal plates and sets in sizes from 2" to 4", Ford 2-bolt plates, or turbo flanges for Navara D22 and D40, Ranger PK and PX, Patrol Y60 and Y61, and Landcruiser 70 Series V8. Pair each with a matching gasket for a leak-free seal.

2-bolt or 3-bolt?

2-bolt flanges are common on smaller pipe and factory-style joints. A 3-bolt flange spreads clamping force more evenly around the pipe, which helps it seal on larger diameters and joints that see more heat and vibration.

How flanges fit

Each flange plate is welded to a pipe end, and the two plates bolt together with a gasket between them. Laser cutting keeps the bolt holes and bore consistent, so plates line up and sit flat against the gasket.

Turbo flanges

Vehicle-specific turbo flanges match the factory turbo outlet, so an aftermarket dump pipe bolts straight up. Choose the flange for your model and engine.

Pair with the right gasket

A flange only seals as well as its gasket. Match the gasket to the flange's bolt pattern and the pipe size, and replace it whenever the joint is undone.

Need the gasket? See Exhaust Gaskets. Building a section? See Exhaust Pipe & Tube and Mandrel Bends.

FAQ

Should I use a 2-bolt or 3-bolt exhaust flange? Use 2-bolt for smaller pipe and factory-style joints. Choose 3-bolt for larger pipe or joints that see more heat and vibration, since the extra bolt spreads clamping force more evenly.

What gasket fits my exhaust flange? One with the same bolt pattern and pipe size as your flange. A 3-bolt flange needs a 3-bolt gasket made for that diameter.

Are exhaust flanges weld-on or bolt-on? Both. Each plate is welded to the end of a pipe, then the two plates bolt together with a gasket between them, so the joint can be undone later.
