For Mazda BT-50 3.2L turbo diesel owners who want better flow and a deeper note while keeping the factory DPF in place, this DPF-back system is the straightforward upgrade - it picks up after the diesel particulate filter and retains it for emissions compliance.
Built for the BT-50 3.2L, with CNC mandrel-bent 3" pipework and 10mm laser-cut flanges. Bolt-on - no cutting, no welding, no ECU remap or dyno tune.

- Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.
- Remove centre connecting/DPF pipe from the vehicle.
- Using the factory DPF flange nuts fit the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight.
- Fit the tailpipe to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
