Volkswagen Amarok 2.0L TDI 3" DPF-Back Exhaust System
The Volkswagen Amarok 2.0L TDI (2011 onwards) rewards a freer-flowing exhaust with better throttle response, deeper tone and improved towing feel - without losing emissions compliance. This 3" DPF-back system picks up after the factory DPF, so it stays road-legal.
This Ignite system is a direct-fit replacement for the OEM rear section on the Amarok 2.0L TDI. 3" tubing with thick laser-cut flanges - no cutting, no welding, no ECU remap or dyno tune.

- Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.
- Remove centre connecting and DPF pipe from the vehicle.
- Fit the DPF pipe to the DPF flange using the factory clamp.
- Fit the connecting pipe section to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
