For Toyota Landcruiser 200 Series 4.5L V8 turbo diesel owners who want better flow, sound and drivability without removing the factory DPF, this is the system. The DPF-back design picks up after the factory diesel particulate filter - keeping the vehicle road-legal and emissions-compliant.
Built end-to-end for the Toyota 1VD-FTV twin-turbo V8 diesel, with CNC mandrel-bent twin 3" into single 3.5" pipework and laser-cut flanges. Bolt-on - no ECU remapping or dyno tune required.

- Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.
- Remove centre connecting and DPF pipe from the vehicle.
- Fit the DPF pipes to the DPF flanges using the factory spring loaded bolts and factory nuts and bolts.
- Fit the pipe only/or muffler section to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the over diff pipe to the pipe only or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the rear pipe only or muffler section section to the over diff pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle.
