Mazda BT-50 3L 3" & 3.5" DPF-Back Exhaust System

The current-generation Mazda BT-50 B30B 3L turbo diesel responds well to a freer-flowing exhaust - better throttle response, deeper tone and improved towing feel, all while keeping the factory DPF. This 3" and 3.5" DPF-back system retains the DPF for emissions compliance.

Built for the BT-50 3L 4JJ3-TCX engine, with CNC mandrel-bent 3" and 3.5" pipework and 10mm laser-cut flanges. Bolt-on - no cutting, no welding, no ECU remap or dyno tune.

1. Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.

2. Remove centre connecting and DPF pipe from the vehicle.

3. Using the factory DPF flange nuts fit the DPF flex pipe and tighten finger tight.

4. Fit the connecting pipe to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.

5. Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the connecting pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.

6. Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.

7. Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle.
