Information:

This product is designed to Fit DS Model Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Litre Semi (Classic's). This includes all HSV (and ASV) remanufactured and possibly some R/H conversions from 2016 to current. 

Note: PH 2662 headers will not fit some DS models remanufactured from 2016 to 2020 with the oil filter relocated by HSV during the remanufacturing process, unless the whole oil filter assembly is relocated to the lower front rail of the engine bay. It was placed in the current position to allow the R/H rack to take up residency on the right-hand side of the engine bay. This will require new lines being made by hydraulic specialist and can only be assessed at the time of quoting and inspection. Please check each vehicle by inspecting the current location of the oil filter before order headers.

2021 DS Ram models and all DT models have the oil filter on the original factory position set by Dodge, and do not need any changes in this area to fit Pacemaker Header’s part number PH 2662.

Pacemaker & King Brown Manufacturer Warranty Details

All Pacemaker and King Brown products include a manufacturer warranty starting from the date of invoice.

Warranty Periods

  • Pacemaker Headers: 2 years (12 months for LPG applications)
  • Pacemaker Exhausts: 5 years (excluding catalytic converters)
  • King Brown Exhausts: 5 years (excluding catalytic converters)

Warranty Terms

Replacement parts will be issued after inspection by the manufacturer. This may require returning the product to our Sunbury head office for evaluation. Replacement parts (no refunds) will be provided for the following issues:

  • Item is damaged and unusable upon arrival.
  • The product has a manufacturing fault.
  • The product has failed due to a defect in manufacturing or quality.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not apply if:

  • Parts are incorrectly installed.
  • Parts are abused, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • Parts are not properly maintained.
  • Parts are used outside the manufacturer’s specifications, including use on modified engines, high-performance vehicles, or race cars.

Important Notes
