For Nissan D40 Navara V6 V9X STX550 turbo diesel (2010-2015) owners who want better flow and a deeper note. This 3" dump pipe back DPF-equipped system is built for the V9X 3L V6 turbo diesel.
CNC mandrel-bent 3" pipework with 10mm laser-cut flanges. Bolt-on - no cutting, no welding, no ECU remap or dyno tune.

- Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.
- Remove centre connecting and DPF pipe from the vehicle.
- Using the factory front pipe flange nuts fit the front flex pipe and tighten finger tight.
- Fit the pipe only/resonator or muffler section to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
- Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
