For Nissan D23 Navara Series 5 NP300 (2021 model) owners who want better flow and a deeper note while keeping the factory DPF in place. This 3" DPF-back system is built for the YS23DDTT 2.3L turbo diesel and picks up after the factory diesel particulate filter - emissions compliance retained.

Built with CNC mandrel-bent 3" pipework and 10mm laser-cut flanges. Bolt-on - no cutting, no welding, no ECU remap or dyno tune.

  1. Remove rear tail pipe and muffler assembly from the vehicle.                                          
  2. Remove centre connecting and DPF pipe from the vehicle.
  3. Using the factory DPF flange nuts and supplied 4mm adaptor plate with 2.5” gasket fit the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight.
  4. Fit the pipe only/resonator section to the DPF pipe and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  5. Fit the tailpipe to the pipe only/resonator or muffler section and tighten finger tight with the supplied 3/8 UNC nuts.
  6. Check over exhaust making sure everything is aligned and then tighten all bolts and nuts from the front to back of the vehicle. If you have any fitting/alignment issues, please call 1300 12 13 12 as soon as possible to avoid damaging the exhaust system.
