Do you offer pickup?

Yes we do allow pick up. A prior appointment must be made before arrival. Please call 1300 12 13 12 to arrange a collection time.

Are the prices of items negotiable?

We do offer discounted freight for multiples items purchased on selected items only.

Why the price of the item has changed?

Prices are subject to change without notice. This includes all items which may have been subject to a promotional sale.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped in accordance with the allocated handling time. Most items are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Estimated delivery time is an indication only and is estimated using their proprietary method which is based on the buyer's proximity to the item location, the postage service selected, the seller's postage history, and other factors. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order has shipped. This email will contain a tracking number, which you can click on to track the delivery of your order. Please log onto the specified Shipping Companies website where you will be able to enter your tracking number.

How do I return my item/s?

Please refer to our returns policy under Terms & Conditions, for further information.

All items returned need to have attached documentation with your contact details and purchase date. Items without this information will not be processed.

Where are your exhausts manufactured?

All of Playtime Auto Parts exhaust systems are manufactured right here at our premises in Melbourne with locally sources raw materials. Our 4x4 exhausts all accompany a 2 year warranty for peace of mind.

Can you fit my exhaust?

Yes, here are Playtime Auto Parts we have a fully operation workshop capable of fitting your purchased item. Call us on 1300 12 13 12 to arrange a booking.

Do your exhausts have an EGT Pyrometer fitting?

Yes, all of our Playtime 4x4 3” Exhaust range has a 1/8” fitting installed.

Can I return my item for refund?

Items can be returned for refund providing they are returned in a brand new condition (unmarked) and in the original packaging. Items returned damaged or in an unsellable condition will not be refunded. All items returned are to be paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise in the T&Cs. Some items also will receive a handling fee which will be deducted from your total refund.
