PRODUCT DETAILS: 

 

The Custom Built security system exclusively designed for use with our range of dual row LED bars replaces the standard Torx set screws that are commonly available from local hardware stores.

 

Four security set screws are provided, two for fitting the bracket to the LED bar using the supplied washers and two for affixing the bracket to the mounting points using the two UNC nuts provided.

 

Installation:

Remove original centre bolt or Torx screw from each end of the dual row LED bar, replace with security set screw & supplied washer ensuring the thick black spacer behind the bracket remains in place.

 

The two remaining security set screws and nuts are used to secure the brackets to the mounting points on the nudge / bull bar.

 

Note:

The supplied washers must be used when fitting the bracket to the dual row LED bar

Bolts and nuts are imperial (1/4 20 UNC thread)

All hardware is 305 Stainless Steel

x 4 1 inch long security UNC set screws

x 1 Security bit

x 2 Washers

x 2 UNC Nuts with nylon inserts
